Hudson County Executive Tom DeGise has been endorsed by the New Jersey State Association of Pipe Trades, which represents over 10,000 members throughout the state.
“County Executive Tom DeGise has been a friend to the NJ Pipe Trades since he was first elected. He has always stood by the hardworking men and women of the NJ Pipe Trades and today we are proud to stand by him,” said Eric Boyce, Legislative Chairman of the State Association and Business Manager of Plumbers Local 24.
“Tom has been a true advocate for organized labor and working families with an outstanding record to back it up. He has never wavered from his vision for Hudson County. His commitment to economic growth and investment has made Hudson County one of the premier places to work and live in New Jersey and the metropolitan area”.
Consisting of Plumbers, Steamfitters, Sprinkler Fitters, Pipefitters and HVAC Technicians, the Association’s support is reflective of a strong record on economic development, job training and creation, and supporting key issues in New Jersey.
“I believe the time has never been more critical to stand up for working families and our friends in organized labor,” said County Executive DeGise. “We are working together to continue moving Hudson County forward and I am proud to have received the pipe trades endorsement and support in my campaign for re-election.”
